City Fog

253 days a year I travel into London, seasons come and go, and everyday is different, different light, different temperature and it’s England so different types of rain. But just very occasionally everything becomes quiet, subdued, earie even. These are the days when the fog arrives. It doesn’t matter what time of year it is - the fog can arrive. Normally by the time I arrive its slowly dissipated, burnt off by the morning sun, but every now and again it lingers long enough to grab my camera and look at just how transformed the city becomes. This ongoing project is my attempt to capture the fog, to capture the city and to capture just what a transformation the city goes through for such a very brief time.
